Hip Sliding

Hip Sliding

When a player has a lot of hip movement and sliding during the swing, it changes the body's low point, compensating and manipulating it in different ways in the golf swing. When a person slides back in the golf swing, the pressure will most likely stay on the back of their stance. This causes a bottom chunk to hit the ground before the ball. Set up at hip level right behind you and stay inside the sticks for minimum hip swaying, allowing you to rotate and smash the ball properly!
